Guest ContributorEka Tkeshelashvili is a Distinguished Visiting Fellow at the German Marshall Fund’s Transatlantic Democracy Working Group and President of the Georgian Institute for Strategic Studies. She previously led Dexis Consulting Group’s Anti-Corruption Practice and held senior leadership roles in EU and USAID programs in Ukraine. A former Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, she played a key role in Euro-Atlantic integration and justice reforms. Eka Tkeshelashvili serves on the Board of Trustees of the Nizami Ganjavi International Center and is a member of the European Leadership Network. She holds degrees from the University of Notre Dame, Oxford University, and Tbilisi State University.
